Satisfaction: Our ball pythons are healthy, sexed, and are mite/tick free upon their arrival. If for some unfortunate reason you are not satisfied with the above mentioned you must notify us within 48 hours. We guarantee live arrival. We have the right not to sell a snake if we feel like you lack experience, knowledge, and do not have a proper place for the snake.

Payments: We accept Postal Money Orders, Cashiers Check, Personal Check, and Paypal.

Shipping and Delivery will be completed when we accept the payment of the snakes(s).

Payment Plan: We do offer a short-term payment plan under $2000 for 30 days and snakes over $2000+ is for up to 45 days with a 20% non-refundable deposit. If the buyer is unreachable for those 30/45 days than the sale WILL be forfeited and the snake will be put placed back for sale.

Pricing: All prices are subject to change. So please call or email for inquires. Ball pythons mature, and gain weight which makes them gain in value. Therefore, many prices are adjusted accordingly.

FedEx: We use FedEx! Shipping starts at $55+, depending on weight,size, and location. It may increase for multiple snakes. Shipping also includes, insulated box, snake bags, heat and cold packs.

Shipping: Shipping is made Monday-Wednesday. We guarantee live arrival! The buyer must be present to sign for the package when it arrives or the warranty is void! If the shipment is placed on hold for pick up at one of the FedEx locations than someone is to pick up the shipment within 2 hours of arrival. If no one is available and its more than 2 hours the warranty for live arrival will be voided! If the snake is DOA, we will replace the animal if possible with an equivalent animal or issue a credit for the full amount of the amount purchased and it can be used towards the purchase of any animal.

Climate: If the weather is too extreme (meaning HOT/COLD) we have the right not to ship until weather permits. But we will gladly care for your snakes until weather is acceptable.

Cancellations: For any cancellations there are NO REFUNDS, but you can get credit towards a different snake.
